App Is Slow or Not Loading

Check your internet connection — Most performance issues are connection-related. Test whether other apps and websites are loading normally. If not, the issue is your connection, not taron.

Close and reopen the app — A fresh launch clears temporary states that can cause slowness or stalled loading.

Clear the app cache — On Android, go to Settings > Apps > taron > Storage and clear the cache. On iOS, offloading and reinstalling the app has a similar effect.

Check for app updates — An outdated version of the taron app may perform poorly. Open the Play Store or App Store and update to the latest version.

App Is Crashing

Update the app — The most common cause of crashes in an otherwise working app is an outdated version. Check for updates first.

Restart your device — A full device restart clears memory and resolves most transient crash issues.

Reinstall the app — If crashes persist after updating and restarting, uninstall and reinstall taron. Your account data is server-side and will not be lost.

Check available storage — Very low device storage can cause apps to crash. Free up space if your device is near capacity.

Content Is Not Updating

If your Home Feed, event listings, or notifications are not refreshing:

  • Pull down to refresh where the option is available.
  • Check your internet connection — cached content may display when you are offline.
  • Log out and log back in. This forces a fresh sync with the server.

Notifications Not Arriving

If push notifications from taron are not reaching your device:

  • Check that notifications are enabled for taron in your device settings (Settings > Apps > taron > Notifications on Android; Settings > Notifications > taron on iOS).
  • Check that the relevant notification categories are enabled within the taron app in your notification preferences.
  • Check that Do Not Disturb or Focus modes on your device are not blocking taron notifications.

App Is Not Available in Your Region

taron is available on the Google Play Store. iOS availability may vary by region. If you cannot find the app, check the taron website for current availability information.

Common Questions

The taron app is crashing or not loading — what should I do?

Force-close the app and reopen it. Check for app updates in the App Store or Google Play and install the latest version. If problems persist, uninstall and reinstall the app.

I'm having slow performance on the taron app — how do I fix it?

Ensure you have a stable internet connection. Close other apps running in the background. Clear the taron app cache if your device allows it. Restart your device if performance remains poor.

Taron notifications aren't working — how do I fix this?

Check two places: taron's in-app Notification Settings (all desired notification types should be enabled) and your device's system Notification Settings (taron should have permission to send notifications).
