Posting Community Updates

How to post updates in your taron Community to keep members engaged between events.

taron help Share

Community posts are how you keep your members informed and connected between events. Regular, relevant posting is what separates active communities from stagnant ones.

What to post

  • Upcoming event announcements — with the registration link.
  • Event recaps — photos, key moments, and what is coming next.
  • Questions and discussions — ask members something relevant to your community topic.
  • Curated content — articles, opportunities, or news your members will find useful.

How to post

Open your community, tap the Post button, write your update, attach images or links if relevant, and publish. Members receive a notification for important posts — do not over-notify or members will turn off notifications.

Pinning important posts

Pin your most important post — usually a welcome message or upcoming event — to the top of the community feed. Tap the three-dot menu on any post and select Pin Post.

Posting frequency

One to three times per week is sustainable for most community founders. Consistency matters more than volume. A community that posts every week for a year is far more valuable than one that posts daily for a month and then goes quiet.
