From Draft to Live

Creating an event page is only part of the job. Publishing it well — at the right time, with the right information — is what turns a listing into an experience people actually attend.

Before You Publish

Review your event page as a potential attendee would see it. Does the description explain what it is and who it is for? Are date, time, and access details accurate? Are tickets and Support and Gifting set up the way you want? On the final review screen, choose whether to publish immediately, notify your followers, and enable social sharing.

Set your event visibility — decide whether the event is publicly discoverable, shared only with your community, or invite-only. Public visibility maximises reach for most events; restricted visibility suits exclusive or community-specific experiences.

Where to Manage Your Events

Go to your Profile and open the Events tab, then Manage Events. From here you can filter by All, Live, Soon, or Past, and search your own events. Each event shows its status — Live Now, Draft, Upcoming, Today, Tomorrow, or Ended — along with attendee count, views, and revenue.

The action available depends on status: Draft events show Edit, Upcoming events show Manage, live events show Attendees, and ended events show Analytics. Tap the ⋯ menu on any event for the full set of options — Edit Event, Edit Ticket, Attendees, Analytics, Cancel Event, or Delete.

Sort the list by Recently Updated, Event Date, Most Attendees, Highest Revenue, Buzz Score, or Name A-Z. Highest Revenue and Most Attendees are the quickest way to see which of your events actually worked, and Buzz Score surfaces the ones generating the most activity right now — useful when deciding what to run again.

Promoting After Publishing

Publishing is the beginning of promotion, not the end. Share the event in your communities and with your followers — sharing with people who already have a reason to care is more efficient than broadcasting to a cold audience.

Managing Your Event After Publishing

Monitor registrations and adjust your promotion accordingly.

Post updates — if anything changes, edit the event from Manage Events and notify registered attendees. Clear, proactive communication keeps trust even when plans shift.

Close or extend registration — if you hit capacity, close registration or set up a waiting list. If it is slow close to the date, consider extending.

After the Event

Update the event page to reflect that it has ended, share any follow-up resources, and check Analytics from Manage Events for a read on how it went. Collect feedback — even informal feedback gives you useful signal for the next one.

Common Questions

How do I publish a taron event?

After completing all required event details, tap Publish or Go Live. Your event becomes publicly visible and discoverable. Confirm all details are correct before publishing — you can edit afterwards but early registrants will see the initial version.

Can I unpublish or cancel an event after it goes live?

Yes. Go to your event management page to unpublish or cancel. If attendees have registered, they'll be notified of the cancellation and refunds will be processed according to your policy.

How do I duplicate an event on taron to reuse the setup?

Look for the Duplicate or Copy option in your event management page. This creates a new draft with the same details, which you can then update with the new date and any changes.
