Communicating With Attendees

How to communicate with your taron event attendees before, during, and after the event.

taron help Share

Keeping attendees informed builds trust and increases show-up rates. taron gives you direct messaging tools to reach everyone registered for your event.

Messaging all attendees

From your event management page, tap Message Attendees. Write your message — this is sent as a notification and in-app message to all registered attendees. Use this for important updates, reminders, and logistics information.

What to communicate before the event

  • 48 hours before: location confirmation, parking or transport tips, what to bring.
  • Day before: schedule, dress code reminder, access link (for online events).
  • Morning of: final reminder with the event start time and check-in instructions.

During the event

Use messaging for real-time updates — a schedule change, a delay, or directing people to a different area. Attendees receive a notification immediately.

After the event

Send a thank-you message and share any follow-up materials — photos, recordings, or links to your next event. Post-event engagement converts one-time attendees into returning ones.
