Discount codes
From your event management page, go to Promotions and create a discount code. Set the code text, discount amount (percentage or fixed), quantity limit, and expiry date. Share the code directly with the groups you want to give the discount to.
Use cases for discount codes
- Community member discounts — share with your community to reward loyalty.
- Press and media comps — give free or discounted access to reviewers and journalists.

Early Bird as a built-in promotion
The Early Bird ticket tier (set during ticket creation) works as an automatic time-limited promotion without needing a code. It is visible to all attendees and expires when quantity or date is reached.
