Your registration dashboard gives you a clear view of who has signed up, what ticket tier they chose, and how registration is progressing toward capacity.
Viewing registrations
Go to your event from your creator profile. Tap Registrations or Attendees. You will see a list of everyone who has registered, their name, ticket tier, registration date, and check-in status.
Filtering and searching
Use the search bar to find a specific attendee by name or email. Filter by ticket tier (General, VIP, Early Bird) or by check-in status (checked in, not yet arrived) to get a focused view.
What to look for before the event
- Total registrations vs capacity — are you on track?
- Ticket tier mix — is VIP selling well relative to General Admission?
- Registration pace — is the rate accelerating or slowing? Adjust promotion accordingly.
Approving waitlisted attendees
If you have a waitlist enabled and capacity becomes available, you can approve waitlisted attendees from this screen. They receive a notification and can complete registration.
