Event Publishing Problems

Fix taron event publishing problems — event not going live, draft stuck, images not uploading, and visibility issues.

taron help Share

If your taron event is not publishing correctly, one of these issues is usually the cause.

Event stuck in draft

Open the event and check for any required fields marked with an error (usually in red). Common missing fields: date and time, location or online access details, at least one ticket type, and a cover image. All required fields must be complete before publishing.

Cover image not uploading

taron accepts JPEG and PNG images. Maximum file size is 10MB. Reduce the image size if it is too large — use a free image compressor online. Check your internet connection if the upload stalls repeatedly.

Event published but not appearing in discovery

New events take up to 30 minutes to appear in general discovery after publishing. Check that your event visibility is set to Public — invite-only events do not appear in discovery by design.

Event published under the wrong category

Go to Edit Event and update the category. Changes take effect immediately. The event re-indexes in discovery within 30 minutes.
