taronPass is taron's built-in check-in tool. It is available inside the taron app for event hosts and entry team members.
Accessing taronPass
Open the taron app and go to your event from your creator dashboard. Tap Check In or taronPass. The check-in interface opens, showing the event name and a scanner ready to use.
Adding entry team members
From your event management page, go to Entry Team and add the taron accounts of your check-in staff. They will be able to access taronPass for your event without having full host access to your account.
Scanning a ticket
Point the scanner at an attendee's QR code. A green tick confirms valid entry. A red X means the ticket is invalid, already scanned, or does not belong to this event. If in doubt, use manual check-in to look up the attendee by name or email.
Offline mode
taronPass works offline. If you lose internet access during the event, it continues scanning and stores check-in records locally. Data syncs automatically when connectivity is restored.
